Since our products are crafted by artisans in Bagru, Jaipur (Rajasthan), we take every precaution to ensure your package reaches you safely, reflecting the quality and care we put into our work.

1. Global Shipping

We are proud to share the heritage of Jaipur with the world. We ship to virtually any address across the globe. Whether you are in India or overseas, Kimaari brings authentic craftsmanship right to your doorstep.

2. Dispatch Timeline

As our products are completely handmade and hand-printed, they require dedicated time for preparation and quality checks.

  • Domestic Orders (Within India): We typically dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the specific product description.

  • International Orders (Outside India): Dispatch usually takes 7 to 10 working days.

  • Note: During festive seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your handmade piece is perfect.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. Some promotional items may qualify for free shipping.

  • International: Shipping charges for orders outside of India are extra and will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the parcel.

  • In India: We use reputed services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees.

  • International: We ship via trusted global carriers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ensure your parcel is traceable and secure.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the journey of your Kimaari package.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for details.

7. Important Delivery Notes

  • Please provide a complete physical address with a valid phone number and PIN/Zip code to avoid delivery delays. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Inspection: We recommend checking the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the package appears torn or tampered with, please mention this to the courier representative before signing for it and contact us immediately.
